Complimentary Seller’s Coverage
During the entire duration of the listing period our seller’s coverage provides up to $500 in aggregate benefit with no obligation for sellers to pay for the warranty unless their home sells. Our complimentary seller’s coverage protects sellers by covering such things as water heaters, plumbing, electric, stoppages and more.
