company. They expedite all of my warranties in a timely

company has been using America's Preferred Home Warranty,
Inc. for three years. America's Preferred have always
been very faithful in honoring all terms and conditions in their
contract, and have gone above and beyond at many times when
appropriate needs have arisen. They are very considerate and
conscientious to the homeowners at all times. Our real estate
is very happy with everything that their program offers.America's
Preferred is always timely with paying the claims. Our homeowners
can choose their own contractor, and never have to up front
the money and get reimbursed which is a great feature they offer.

are recieved within two to three weeks from when they are closed.
