Sellers always have complimentary coverage during their listing period with APHW.

The buyer’s coverage includes multiple systems for heating and air and covers Steam, Hot Water Heat and Geo Thermo. Coverage with APHW also includes, well mechanical, septic, sump pump, roof, and hotel benefits for the base price of the warranty. Buyer also has the option of purchasing water softener coverage.

America’s Preferred Home Warranty, Inc. is bonded. Unlike a lot of warranty companies with APHW buyers, sellers, and realtors can view entire contract & complete terms & conditions before the time of purchase, rather than having them sent to them after the closing.
